Note the circled portion: that is a privately owned driving range located on the northwest corner of N.E. 143rd and 15th N.E., which is now phase 2 of the Executive Estates Apartments. The first phase of the complex is to the south. The range closed not long after the photo was taken.
The par 5 12th/3rd (Depending on the course layout at the time) is to the west.
