Pace of Play
The 10:50 group was penalized a stroke for being both over 4.5 hours and more than 15 minutes behind the group in front of them. In this case, the penalty had no effect on the results.
The 11:30 group was not penalized even though they took over 4.5 hours, because they were within 12 minutes of the group ahead of them.
The 10:40 group was 39 minutes behind the group in front of them but under 4.5 hours, so they were not penalized. They do appear to have slowed down the pace of play for all the groups coming after them. Please note that groups that have played slowly will be given later tee times.
