PLEASE SWITCH CARDS WITH THE TEAM YOU ARE PLAYING WITH.
HOLES #1- #6 Two-Man Best Ball
Each player will play his own ball
Record each player’s gross score for each hole
Record the team’s lowest gross score.
Holes #7 – #12 Two-Man Scramble
Both players will tee off on each hole
Both players will play from the chosen position
Both players are allowed to lift, clean and place their ball within 12 inches of the chosen spot, keeping the ball in the same condition as the original ball (sand trap, rough, fringe, etc)
Follow the above steps until the hole is finished.
Be careful not to tap in a putt before both players have putted.
HOLES #13 – #18 Two-Man Modified Chapman (Alternating Shots)

The team will decide which ball is to be played
The players (playing the one ball) will then alternate shots until the hole is finished
Record the team’s gross score for each hole
For example: Say John Daly and Tiger Woods are partners. They both tee off. They choose John’s drive so Tiger then hits Daly’s drive for the second shot John will then hit the third shot and Tiger will hit the fourth and so on until holed.
Except for Scramble segment, play summer rules.
Slow Play: Please be aware of the Jackson Park pace of play policy. Competitors not maintaining the proper pace after being warned may be penalized at the discretion of the Tournament Committee.
Rules Interpretation: If a question about a rule arises, play a second ball per Rule 3.3. Questions will be settled by the professional on duty or if none is available, the committee. If there are any rules questions within the group, settle it within the group, and discuss with committee following play.
Individual score cards have been provided. Upon completion of your round, please sign your score card and have it attested by a playing partner before turning it into the committee,
Because of the tournament format, scores will not be entered in the GHIN System.
I would definitely not recommend these as ways to break the ice however. ekaeeaaaddeg
