Tournament entry form
On August 14, 2023 JPMGC will conduct our 14th Annual Jackson Park Juniors Golf Classic. We always take pride in helping our local Juniors to become better golfers and maybe interest them in becoming members of our club in the near future. Our Junior tournament is always enjoyable with lots of prizes and fun for all.

If you are interested in donating, we ask that members donate $25.00 (or more) from their credit book at Jackson. That will be turned into prizes for the tournament. I will handle all the paperwork, just need your permission.
If you would like to donate other prizes (especially golf balls) please just leave them at pro shop with attention to me.
Schedule:
- 12:00 to about 2:30pm : registration table
- 1:00pm to about 4pm: marshalling
- 4pm to about 7pm: scoring
