Pace of play

The pace was better this tournament. There were still some slow groups.

The group at 10:10 with a 30-minute gap put everyone behind them in danger of being penalized.

A ten-minute gap between groups is the norm. There were three groups with sixteen-minute gaps. None of these groups were penalized because they were either under the 4:30 pace or they were within fifteen minutes of the group in front of them.

The very last group at 12:10 could have been penalized since they were over the 4:30 pace and the 15-minute gap. However, there were extenuating circumstances, namely the clock had been moved to the pro shop.
