Golf Tournament at Jackson Park
Format: Individual Stroke Play over 9 holes
Gross and Net Champions of the Field (No payouts)
Eligibility: Members of Jackson Park Men’s Golf Club
Visitors with active GHIN handicap and a Club Member sponsor
Entry Fee: $15 and pay at the door
Entry Deadline: 12:30 pm, Saturday, January 19
Start Time: 1:00 PM with staggered starts
Registration: In person at the Pro Shop Front Desk

Place: Bad Albert’s Bar & Grill, 5100 Ballard Way NW

Banquet Fee: $40 for dinner (includes tax and gratuity)
Registration: Wednesday, January 16th – Advance paid registration required.

Social Hour 5:00 PM – Appetizers (wings & corn dogs) and one hosted drink
Dinner: 6:00 PM – Sockeye salmon, ribs, veggies, sides, and dessert
Meeting: 7:00 PM – Reports, Elections: Officers and Trustees, Raffle & Auction
