In 2023, play began with sixteen pods of four players each. The four players played each other round robin style and the one player with the best record emerged from each pod, forming a sixteen-man single elimination bracket.
In 2024, should we again get a full field of 64 players, they will be arranged into four groups based on their handicaps. For each pod, a player will be randomly selected from each of the four groups. The selection will happen on the weekend of April 20/21 in the Jackson Park restaurant. This will be a public event and the time will be announced.
