On August 17th we had great fun at our 7th Annual Jackson Juniors & Father-son/daughter golf classic proudly sponsored by the Jackson Men’s Golf Club. Over 70 players including dozens of Father-child teams. A 14 year old, Grayson Giboney, shot 74(from the white tees) for Low of the Field. I need to thank the great volunteers that donated their time on a Monday: John Clements, Lee Jones, Travis Jones, Dennis Mueller, Mark Ohrenschall, Doug Nevins and our Prez, Jeff Schoening. (I hope I didn’t forget anyone). These guys are great and I received many compliments from the players and families. Hopefully, some of the fathers will join our club.
